Insufficient evidence of unmanly behaviour. The stated facts can be explained as being performed in pursuit of manly employment (bartending) and sexual conquest. Lack of success in the pursuit of said sexual conquest is not in itself unmanly. Sometimes heroic efforts are required to score. Now, if he was singing along, or admitted to enjoying the Justin Bieber concert, that’s another story.
I once read somewhere that the only time its okay to drink fruity tropical drinks is if your Australian or if it was free AND served by a Topless women. Going a date with a grown women that continues to listen to Justin Bieber is his first violation, secondly if you suffer through three hours of adolescent screaming girls and not get laid that’s on him. There is not much more of a heroic effort then that.
