Reason For Revocation:

The accused has rejected the request to partake in a celebratory MAN beverage after overcoming a great feat in the bowling championship of the world. When we win said championship, the team would like to indulge in a toast to a triumphant season. Due to the accused already questionable dietary restrictions he has refused to participate in this joyous act of reflection on the most highest of accomplishments in the bowling community. For this refusal to be a teammate, colleague, and friend I herein stand to revoke the aforementioned accused person of his “MANCARD” form this day forward until he bring about recovery to this abomination of events!
