This is mean to people walking by, but funny as hell for the rest of us. This girl, obviously taking a page out of various scary movies like The Grudge or The Ring, decided it would be fun to sit in a hallway in what looks to be a hospital and simply stare at people as they walk by. Scary? Yep, and funny as hell.
