How it started

On a cold October day, two guys, Bud and Tom, were sitting around with a few beers, doing their usual complaining about the world. Somewhere in there one of them asked the question that started all of this: why the hell shouldn't men carry proof of their manhood?

Nobody had a good answer. So they made one.

What we do

We have been issuing real, hold-in-your-hand custom Man Cards since 2005. Tens of thousands of them, to men all over the world.

The World's Only Authentic Man Card is a tangible, customized, hold-in-your-hand, plastic credit card style Man Card that will last a lifetime. Printed with your name, unique member number and the flag of your country. How it works around here

We run Official Man Card like an institution. There are Man Rules, there is the OMC Seal of Approval, and there is The Judge, who hears the case when a man does something so unmanly that his buddies file to revoke his Man Card. We play every bit of it with a straight face. The straight face is the joke.

And remember: your Man Card can never be taken away, only temporarily revoked. Do something manly and have it reinstated.

The founders

Bud brought the pictures, the videos and a razor-sharp wit he rarely bothers to use. Tom came to his manhood in late high school. Very late. Between them they built a club with a sense of humor, and it is still going.
