Happy Thanksgiving! Nothings better than good food, your relatives, and pie over this coming holiday. There, however, are many misconceptions on the proper turkey cooking procedure. Now I realize that the pilgrims didn’t Fry their turkey, but then again, they didn’t have a Turkey Fryer either! If they had invented one, I think we all know what kind of turkey the first Thanksgiving would’ve had.

Which leads me to todays post. Popular Mechanics has a DIY Ultimate Turkey Fry article that I think every man needs to read. A huge misconception is that a Fried turkey is greasy and disgusting, but let me tell you all from personal experience, this is not the case. A turkey that is fried is tender, juicy, and has better flavor than any of your Grandmothers baked turkeys combined!
