Nap Time, A Guide

I love a good nap and have on occasion disappeared under my desk George Costanza style for some quick ZzZ’s. I’ve even gone as far as to bunk down in the IT server room (mmmm AC & white noise) on a bed of packing foam to catch up on missed sleep from spending to much time online.
