Jump Rope Can be Manly, Can’t it?

I’m not a huge fan of jump robe at the gym, but we are made to do it as its good for you or the gym instructors just like to watch the girls do it and make the guys do it as well to cover their naughty pass time. Anyway, the dude in the clip below just made jump rope AWESOME! but i will be hiding this clip from my instructors as there is no way in hell I could ever be this good.
