Depends. A manicure is allowable under certain circumstances like getting ready for any event that requires the feet to be exposed to women. A pedicure is never allowed. A manicure is allowed if the “Revokee” has alligator skin like dry feet to the point where professional help is needed. chicks run at the site of feet like that. It is also allowed if professional help is needed if the “Revokee” has some nasty looking nails. Get that shit fixed. If nail polish is involved at any point of the manicure, an immediate revocation is needed.
