Freedom: Fishing the Bahamas

Every once in a while, when I can escape the tyranny of the superiors at OMC, I do enjoy going out fishing like any man. Lucky for me however, I live on the cusp of some of the greatest fishing waters in the world, the Caribbean. From Miami its just a short blast by boat to the bountiful waters of the Bahamas (Miami is over fished). Its a trip I enjoy making whenever I can spare the time and fuel. My brothers and I had it in mind to just go do some fishing around Miami but at the last minute decided to hell with it, we pointed our bow east and headed straight for the Bahamas. I just wanted to share with you guys some of what I was doing while blowing off posting. I’ve included some pictures of the waters around the Bahamas. We did a little deep sea fishing but the water temperature was high, and there were no waves of winds so we called that a quits. Later we did some shark fishing and pulled of a Reef shark, pretty cool. Lobster season officially opened so we headed to our spearing grounds and did some damage.
